Mrs Nicole Yam

 

An energetic and dramatic teacher who uses all her 5 senses in her class. Mrs Yam believes in helping the children to develop their potential be believing in them as capable individual and aim to instill in them the passion of learning through love and humour.

Programme Highlights:

• This English programme emphasizes on 2 main aspects- Composition and Comprehension. Other areas such as Vocabulary and Grammar are also covered as well.

• Interesting activities are conducted in the class to reinforce learning and engage the students to participate during lessons.

 

 

 

Primary Mathematics:

Mr Lenny Loke

 

Our Beloved Mathematics Magician who instils confidence and interest in the dry subject of Mathematics. He awakens the Mathematics Genius in each and every student. He has been with KRTC Simei Branch since year 2003.

 

Programme Highlights:

• Lessons are fun not just being taught on mathematical concepts. Magic is incorporated to make learning fun and enjoyable.

• Problem sums are greatly emphasized to tackle examinations questions.

 

 

 

Primary Science:

Mrs Christina Wee

 

A dedicated and approachable teacher who is committed in achieving maximum results in every student to bring out their best potential by using creative teaching methods and innovative ideas to provide a fun environment to bring Science to the next level.

Programme Highlights:

         Lessons are based on current MOE syllabus with great emphasis on open-ended questions.

         Analytical skills are incorporated with real life examples taught in the class.

         Periodic revisions are conducted to ensure all students know their work well and lay a strong

         foundation for Science.

 

 

 

Primary Chinese:

Mr Lai Chang Bin  赖老师

 

A conscientious teacher who instils interest by teaching Chinese using Chinese Culture and history. The lessons focus on all aspects that is essential to prepare students for Examinations - Composition, Comprehension, Oral, Chinese idioms and phrasal verbs.
 

Programme Highlights:

培养学生对学习华文的兴趣。加强学生听、说、读、写的语文能力。提高学生的阅读理解能力和写作能力。让学生认识及吸收华族传统文化与核心价值观。
